Contact Lists for Team Webinar Registrations

I have integrated Teams and Hubspot for my organization and I have enabled the setting for automatic sync for new webinars. I can see my scheduled webinars under integrations. However, when I go to set up contact lists or a workflow based on specific webinar registrations, there are no options. The closest I can find for contact list creation is "Event: Registered for marketing event" under marketing events. That doesn't work since it will pull anyone who has registered for any marketing event and I would like to pull based on specific webinars.

Is this feature available and if so how do I get to it? I want to set up automatic owner assignment per webinar along with the ability to automatically pull contacts out of webinar invitation email automatations once they sign up for that specific webinar.

To target specific webinar registrations in HubSpot, do this,

1. Set up a custom property in HubSpot, such as "Registered Webinar," to track which webinar a contact registered for.

2. Create a workflow that triggers when someone registers for a webinar. Use this workflow to update the custom property with the specific webinar's name or ID.

3. Create a Smart List based on this custom property to filter contacts by specific webinar registrations.

This allows you to assign owners and manage email automations for each webinar.

By setting up these custom properties and workflows, you can manage contacts based on specific webinar registrations effectively.

Number 2 (create a workflow) is the problem I'm having. Like I said, I don't see where or how to set it up so that it triggers when someone registers for a specific Teams Webinar. If that trigger exists, I can also just set up an automation to have registrants auto added to a contact list instead of having to create a property, right?

I'm so surprised you can't create a list based on a marketing event or campaign. We really need this.

Hi there! Does anyone know why this is marked as a solution? If I'm not missing something, the workflow trigger does not expose the webinar/marketing event ID, so this will not work. We would also need this for our workflow.

I totally missed the info from the other thread (being able to filter lists by specific events). That should solve our problem. Thanks a lot!
