Mailchimp Email activity not visible in HubSpot

Hi All,

I have synced Mailchimp HubSpot and also turned on that email activity sync. After that, I sent an email campaign through Mailchimp, but still unable to see the Mailchimp email activity in the Hubspot activity timeline (HubSpot record).

Also marked Mailchimp in the HubSpot activity tab.

Please assist me if I'm missing some information preventing me from this activity sync.

I found the solution: email activity can be synced, except for emails sent through Mailchimp's Customer Journey.

If your Mailchimp email activity isn't appearing in the HubSpot activity timeline, try these steps:

Ensure your Mailchimp-HubSpot integration is properly connected.
Verify that email activity sync is enabled in HubSpot’s integration settings.
Confirm that the Mailchimp campaign was sent after the sync was enabled.
Check if the Mailchimp audience is correctly mapped to HubSpot contacts.
Wait for a few hours, as syncing may not be instant.
Ensure that the email recipient exists in HubSpot as a contact.
Review HubSpot's integration logs for any sync errors.
If issues persist, try reconnecting the integration.

Hi @shaankhan - if syncing email engagement from Mailchimp's Customer Journeys is critical for you then 3rd party data syncing apps can help. Outfunnel's 2-way Hubspot-Mailchimp sync can sync engagement from journey emails for sure (among other types) and other data integration apps like Make and Zapier may be able to do the same.

It would be great to have that on the screen as you activate the Mailchimp connector, and it would be great to see that activity as well.
