Mailerlite not syncing emails

I may have misunderstood the functionality, but when connecting my MailerLite account to my Hubspot account and syncing 50 contacts, I was expecting the emails that I have sent via MailerLite to those contacts to appear in the email tab of the contact in Hubspot, but they do not. How do I achieve this?

Hi @VHannant,

According to the integration listing, I don't see any evidence that the MailerLite integration pulls in the data regarding emails sent. It appears to only sync contact properties (i.e. First Name, Email, Phone, etc).

If you would like to see the MailerLite email sends in HubSpot, you can try exploring another platform, such as Outfunnel - they seem to have a MailerLite + HubSpot solution that might achieve that.

Hi @VHannant,

MailerLite email activity doesn't sync automatically to HubSpot. To track sent emails in HubSpot, you would need to do this,

You can track email interactions by using HubSpot’s own email tools or manually log email activities.

Unfortunately, MailerLite emails won't automatically appear in the HubSpot contact record unless logged manually or sent through HubSpot.

Currently, our HubSpot-Mailerlite integration only syncs contacts between the platforms but we'll be adding engagement syncing soon. Once this has been completed, Outfunnel will sync MailerLite sends, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes to HubSpot contact profiles (you can customize which email events to sync over).
