Sync Salesforce Primary Campaign Source to HubSpot Deal

Hi,

Is there a way to sync the Primary Campaign Source field from the opportunity into the HubSpot deal?

If I create a custom field what field type is needed for the 2 fields to sync?

To sync Salesforce’s Primary Campaign Source field from an Opportunity to a HubSpot Deal, you’ll need to create a custom field in HubSpot. Make sure it matches the data type of the Salesforce field (likely a text or dropdown field). Once set up, map the Salesforce Opportunity field to this custom HubSpot Deal field in your integration settings, allowing the data to sync between the two platforms.

Thank you. The problem is that the Salesforce field is a reference field that changes when a new campaign is added, so how do you keep updating the HubSpot custom field to match the Salesforce field.
