I don't receive form subscription notifications via mail

Hello,

If you fill the form on my website, my mail (already assigned for receiving notifications) doens't receive any notifications of subscriprion. How can i fix settings ? Thx ❤️

Can you confirm that you added your email address in the Options tab under 'Send submission notifications to' of the form editor?

Hi Karsten,

I need help, so stop link me other resource, let's use real customer care approach.

I'm missing tons of leads due to this settings error. I confirm that I've already added my mail in the Options tab under 'Send submission notifications to' of the form editor. I receive mail by noreply@notifications.hubspot.com so it's not a spam problem. Now what's the nexp step? I wanna fix the problem as soon as possible please. Thx

@RR15 this is a user-to-user community, not HubSpot customer support. If you want HubSpot support, you need to reach out via email, chat or phone in-app – this requires a paid subscription. If you do not have a paid subscription, you would have to purchase a paid subscription.

1. Is this a HubSpot or external website?
2. Is it a HubSpot form or an external form?

We use an external website, but using Hubspot form:

The form is copied in different pages. But it's the same, if someone fill the form, mail we added for receiving notifications, don't receive anything.
We have already set up mail who need to be notified and set up eevery account for the mail notification permission.

Can you please confirm that the recipient of the form submission is a HubSpot user?

Also, can you please check the possible reasons on this article "Not receiving form submission notifications"?
