This post is for customers who recently received an email with a coupon code for our ambassador program. If you're having trouble adding the code to your account, please review the FAQs below. If you are having issues with the code you receive, please try typing in the code rather than copying and pasting, and removing the spaces. This seems to be working for most others.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

If the code is in USD but you're not in the US, your coupon will be converted to your account's currency upon redemption.
If you're experiencing issues redeeming your code, ensure your billing and credit card details are entered for ad account validation. You will be asked for a credit card even when using a coupon code to cover potential charges after the credit limit is reached. To prevent overspending, set your total budget equal to the coupon amount for ad campaigns.

Mine isn't working either. I tried removing spaces or leaving as is but it says it's invalid too.

Same here, the code is not valid. I copy - pasted the code first and it did not work . I have redeemed other codes in LinkedIn in the past with the same method.

Then I was told to type it and remove spaces, and it did not work. I tried various combinations of this to no avail.

Make sure you dont confuse the L's and I's. That helped me. It might not be a lowercase L but a capital i.

Hello! I'm still have issues with the code as well. I did try typing it in, and removing spaces, as recommended. I am getting the error "Sorry, this code is invalid."
