CTAs not working on any Apple device

I have been doing some testing of the CTAs feature under Marketing > Lead Captures. Uppon testing, I cannot get any of them to work with Safari any Apple devices, including the Mac, iPhone and iPad. Anyone else seeing this?

Chrome on the Mac it works. But Chrome on the iPad or iPhone it does not work there either.

Hi @LBR can you share more details about what is happening on those devices/browsers?

Does anything load in place of the CTA?

Also what type of CTA? Can you share a screenshot of the CTA from a device where it is loading correctly.

A link to a sample page would be helpful to check the code to see why it might be blocked.

Page loads, but nothing loads for the CTA, and nothing loads in it's place. It is a slide in from the bottom left side ad. Set to repeat for everyone. Web page is here: https://practicebynumbers.com/core-values/

Hi @LBR the CTA works for me on Mac for both Chrome and Safari, here's the latter:

I can't recreate the issue using browser stack either for ipad/iphone with safari, the CTA loads as expected. Here's one device I tested, they were all the same:

If you clear your cache or try incognito does the issue persist? Could you have dismissed the pop-up in the browser previously and you haven't met the criteria for it to show again?

It does now seem to be working in Safari on the Mac. I still cannot get it to fire on an iPad or a iPhone, any browser. I wonder if it is a conflict with the chatbot.
