&lt;P&gt;Checking more information this error can happen when users don't have &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/use-meetings" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;calendars connected&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to their user. Can you please ensure all users have their connected calendar and it's not getting this error?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are still experiencing the same issue, then have them both clear the cookies and cache in their browser and log back in. They should then see the window load appropriately. If this is not the case, I would recommend to please continue your conversation with support, as they will be able to investigate more with a new HAR.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Tasks window is not loading properly for my team mates</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I have created email and call sequences for my sales team and shared access with them. They can see their tasks, but when they click on them, a small pop-up appears captioning the email that is not opening. We have checked the configuration, including the mailbox, calendar and mobile phone connected to HS.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pam,&lt;BR /&gt;We connected our calendars and checked in the incognito window. I shared HAR files with support, and they are still unable to resolve the issue. They provided some nonsense solutions such as checking the har logs, no issue in logs,clear you cookies, screen resolution etc&lt;BR /&gt;Hubspot support is don't have technical knowledge.&lt;BR /&gt;they need fix the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would recommend requesting a call back with support to share your screen so you can show your specific issue, and they can collect the HAR.&lt;/P&gt;
