Integrating social DMs to contacts

I send many links to request a quote in our DMs on social media. I am interested to see how many of those turn into opportunities. Has anyone had luck tying social media accounts to contacts so we can have visabilitiy into conversations that happened on social media in Hubspot?

I believe at this time you will need to use UTMs to track those DM links.

Currently, direct messaging is only supported for Facebook Messenger (here are the instructions). Other channels have been submitted as ideas in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community, upvoting those helps the product team priotize new features.
