Active HubSpot workflow not available to select in Salesforce

We're having issues with Active workflows not being available in Salesforce. The workflow is set to allow enrollment from Salesforce, but when you search for it, it does not appear in the list. I've tried pasting the exact workflow name in, and nothing.

We're using the HubSpot iFrame.

What else can I check?

I can see in this knowledge base article that you should be able to enroll contacts in workflows via this iframe.

Hey @JDid do you have screenshots of the issue you're experiencing? That usually helps us diagnose faster!

I'd recommend making sure the people trying to enroll have the HubSpot Permission Set as a starting point.

Hey @LaurenRyan definitely! Here's what we're seeing

Here's the ititial workflow rule we're trying to access via Salesforce

When we search for it in Salesforce, we get no results. Even when clicking "Load more"

This workflow rule is available for selection in Salesforce (see below screenshot)

The only difference between the two is the "What time do you want these actions to execute" option.

For anyone else having this issue, check the "What time do you want these actions to execute" option. I turned it off and now it's available to select in Salesforce
