Looking for SMS solution

I'm not sure if this is the correct place or not, but I'm looking for recommendations on an SMS provider. Here's our use case:

1) We whitelabel our services so Company name will vary dynamically as will the URL in the sms. We also try to make the texts come from the contact owner. We've had issues with our current provider because it seems spammy all the different company names and numbers and links.

2) We would like the ability to use hyperlinks.

3) I don't know if this is even possible, but we REALLY need the ability to send sms meeting reminders with the meeting link and cancel/reschedule options in the sms body.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey @PPlant4. I don't have the exact use case you describe in my background personally or with clients, but a few of the SMS solutions I've heard of that seem to be pretty robust and have HubSpot integrations are:

Salesmsg SMS
Sakari SMS
Kixie PowerCall and SMS

As for the white labeling portion and dynamic naming, I'm not sure how these solutions handle that. But I know they're popular integrations.

I appreciate the suggestions. We currently use Salesmsg SMS and it does a lot of thing really well, but we can't hyperlink and we don't have metrics (also the meeting thing is a big one).

Hello, I don't know where you want to send your SMS, but we develop a native plugin with hubspot (SMSFactor),

with SMs technology you'll never get the hyperlink.. .it's too limited.

About "cancel/reschedule options in the sms body" you could use the Answer to the SMS (depend on the country if the operator aloud it or not.
