Livestorm - country attribute

Hello,

I'm trying to find a solution to map the livestorm country attribute which is in text format with the country property in Hubspot which is not in a text format.

I need to find a solution to have the country info coming from Livestorm, in Hubspot but in an homogenous format as I'm working with multilingual constraints. If I have Italy and Italia as values coming from Livestorm, I need both of them to be set up as Italy in Hubspot...

Any idea about how to do this ?

Hi @MdeGironde

You could achieve this requirement through an automation in which you could use the Trigger as Country Known and use branches in which you can use the filter say if Country is equal to US, U.S , U.S.A then Set property value to United states.Hope this helps you around.

Yes, I thought about this option but it means that for each country I need to have all the linguistic versions in the filter so it seems to be very complicated...

Yes, if you want to go with this option you need to create the automation for all 250+ countries.
