Typeform HubSpot Integration Feedback

I've seen poor reviews regarding the integration between Typeform and HubSpot. Can anyone elaborate on this further? Did you have any issues with Typeform entries not posting to Typeform? If your issue was Typeform entries not posting to HubSpot, were you able to resolve this with Zapier?

I currently use a form on my website created by a developer, but I would like to use Typeform so I can easily update the form's contents and presentation.

I was concerned by the Typeform Intergation reviews too. So this week I ran some tests for a clientof our and I'm happy to install the integration.

You need to be very specific about how data maps from Typeform to HubSpot - if the data type doesn't match exactly you will get problems in your CRM e.g. a Select List in Typeform must map to a Select List in HubSpot.

Personally I recommend you ask your developer to add the HubSpot Forms to your site, then you can edit the Forms in HubSpot easily and save some money too.

Thanks for the reply. I was looking into HubSpot forms as an option. One
reason I prefer Typeform is the ability to do multipage forms that are easy
to change the appearance of. To spruce up the appearance of a HubSpot form,
I'd have to do coding.

Agreed, the Typeform user experience is excellent. We're running some interactive customer profiling which looks beautiful and is really engaging.
