&lt;P&gt;HubSpot does indeed sometimes repackage their offerings, however I'm not aware of changes in the areas you mention.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Limits for lists have always been present, you can find the specifications for each subscription tier here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog" target="_blank"&gt;https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog&lt;/A&gt; - these might only stand out after a while as your portal grows.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regarding surveys, as long as I can recall, these have been a Service Hub Professional feature. As far as I know, there haven't been recent changes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't remember an instance where a free or Starter feature was moved into an "expensive" subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Having to pay for extra tools</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else been noticing that a lot of the items and feature benefits being set with limits/being offered as something else now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With the new development of Ai I am not sure if it is an integration thing, but I didn't have limits to static and active lists before. Another thing i noticed is that they have a "survey" version, where you have to pay additional for certain features. We were using the forms portion of hubspot when all of the functions were once available through creating a form, and now have had to use other plugins.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone been noticing these changes? What are you doing to ensure functions you are using arent categorized in other service offering areas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
