Cannot uninstall HubSpot WordPress plugin

We cannot uninstall the plugin. Go to plugins page, click uninstall. A modal form pops up with the title "Sorry to see you go" and presents a radio group of reasons I am leaving. There is no submit button, and when I close the form the plugin does not uninstall. Has anyone tried this and gotten it to work?

Hello, @SGlass9 thank you for posting in our Community!

Once the plugin is uninstalled, nothing gets run anymore. If the script is still there, it's probably because it was manually added to the HTML. Therefore, in order to remove it, you will want to change the HTML. Do you have the HubSpot tracking code installed on your WordPress page?

Thank you for your response. This is a new site for us. It has a good purchased theme that makes installing the tracking code very straightforward, and it is our preference to work in HubSpot, so we don't need the plugin. I have installed the tracking code and we are getting data.
