Seeking Dynamic HubSpot Integration for Conversational Form Submissions

Hello everyone,👋

We're currently exploring the implementation of conversational forms on our website to provide a unique customer experience on our landing pages. For this purpose, we've chosen to set up forms using Fluent Forms and WPForms. Both plugins offer integration with HubSpot, allowing us to automatically send contact information to specific HubSpot lists.

However, we've encountered an issue where both Fluent Forms and WPForms only seem to support static lists within HubSpot. This poses an inconvenience for us as it doesn't align with our dynamic flows and segmentation needs in HubSpot.

Could anyone recommend a third-party integration solution that enables us to seamlessly connect conversational form submissions to HubSpot, ensuring that our contact lists remain dynamically synced? Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you check and share what source information those contacts have in HubSpot or if there any other properties that get passed into HubSpot which would you to determine where they came from?

What segmentation needs do you have?

There is nothing stopping you from creating an active list is based on your static list and additional contact property filters.

Hey @OSantamaría further to Franks point, if these are integrated with HubSpot correctly (as forms) they should have corresponding HubSpot forms. These third party forms would send data to the HubSpot forms. So you should be able to still create an active list based on the contact submitting the corresponding HubSpot form.
