Syncing lists from ZoomInfo into HubSpot

Hello Everyone!

I have integrated ZoomInfo with HubSpot but need to pull through my intent search lists into lists in HubSpot so I can use them for automated workflows.

How can I pull these specific ZoomInfo searches into HubSpot with a tag that identifies them enough for me to create a list off the back of this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

@KatySteptoeMF You would need to push these users into HubSpot from ZoomInfo, from there you can filter down the users in your CRM based on the original source.

You could use a filter that specifies:
Original source drill-down 1 = Offline sources AND Original source drill-down 2 = *integration ID*

you can find the integration ID by navigating to a user that has been pushed from ZoomInfo and looking at their original source drill-down 2 field. If you hover over that property it will give you a 6-digit number. Plug that number into the filter mentioned above.

I'm actually trying to get these people into segmented lists once they've synced over from ZoomInfo - I was wodnering what the easiest tag would be and how i can match that up in HubSpot. At the moment we have created a custom field and are trying to pull through the company tag to see if that works.

@KatySteptoeMF How are you segmenting the lists currently? Is this based upon contact properties like industry, location, etc?

You should be able to push the basic data points through zoominfo to HubSpot, then the list criteria will pick up these users as long as youre not suppressing offline sources.

Hi Katy,

We add a tag to companies in ZoomInfo. The tag is the type of intent shown. We then map that to a property we created for companies in our HubSpot account called Zoom Info Intent.

It sounds like you're doing the same, but just thought I'd share.

Hi there! I recently turned on the zoom/ hubspot integration. I am trying to confirm the best way to export company and contact info into hubspot. From my limited experience doing 1 off exports, it seems I have to preform 2 exports. One for company and one for contact and then associated them resulting in 2 credits. is there a better way? Is it possible to add a rep’s name and associated them from the zoom export to map into hubspot?
