Using Livestorm events properties in Workflow actions

Hello,

I'm trying to use Livestorm logged event properties in workflow actions

I know we can use them in :

- filters for lead list and report

- triggers at beginning of the workflow

But I want to use thos properties in workflows actions in order to :

- also log the livestorm activities to Salesforce using existing Hubspot integration

- add the last Livestorm webinar event name to a field at contact level

I already took a look to the livestorm/hubspot integration documentation but didn't find the answers i needed

I think you have to take a different approach.

Try this: use a HubSpot form to register LiveStorm registrants into a static list for each LiveStorm event. Trigger the enrollment by membership in that list.

Alternatively, feed an active list that contains as a filter a known event name and then filter on the LiveStorm Session ID. The Livestorm integration only provides you with the "Livestorm_connection_link" and the "Livestorm_session_ID" properties, not the event name.

That said, we went back to using LiveStorm to manage the webinar registrations and import registrants into HubSpot after the event to capture their participation. Takes a few moments, but it simply works. 🙂

This is a known limitation of our current integration, and we will be working closely with Hubspot to improve this in the future. Meanwhile I recommend trying @JOpie 's suggestion to see if it works for you. Have a great day!
