Is anyone aware of any SMS services that have an out of the box integration into HubSpot that services the UK market?

I've found some for the US and Canada, but need one for the UK

Hey @Tnichs, forgive my ignorance here, what do you mean by SMS? Mobile text message marketing? Have you checked out Zapier for any available integrations?

HI, thanks fo the response. Yep, I mean text marketer. I'm trying to find something with an out of the box integration as high volumes may mean larger costs

@Tnichs awesome - thanks for clarifying. I"m not aware of any featured integration of that kind but I'd reccommend checking out HubSpot's integration directory here.

If you can't find anything here that meets your needs, try the HubSpot integrations provided by Zapier. Zapier connects HubSpot with 270+ web services. Zapier uses triggers and actions to automate work between HubSpot and other apps. A trigger is an event that happens in one app and an action is the event that Zapier automatically performs in another app. An easy example? Send me an SMS (action) when there's a new contact in HubSpot (trigger).

Hi @Tnichs,

FYI due to our own need and that of our clients, we have custom built an Addon called Inbound SMS that sends SMS text messages direct from Hubspot workflows using the webhook action. It also puts a note in the contact timeline and can receive messages also and puts those into the contact timeline as well, and notifies your nominated email address when a reply has been received.

It requires no programming or technical skills to set up and we also put a sample workflow in your HubSpot app so you can be sending SMS text messages in literally minutes. It is currently available for Australia, the US and UK but we have the ability to provide it in many other countries also.

We we built it partly because the Zapier option was horribly clunky for what we needed where we send multiple messages at different intervals to large numbers, and sometimes just need to send individual messages or reply to messages, but keep all messages recorded against the contact record.

Hi there,

The solution propsed by @Samantha_Alford sounds really natty.

I've also had pretty good results using zapier to connect hubspot with Firetext (https://www.firetext.co.uk/).

Zapier can fire whenever a contact is added to specific list and pull the telephone number, from name and even message (or you can type it) from the contact feild. You can decide if the message is sent immeadiatly or scheduled for later. Pricing looks pretty keen too.

@Phil_Vallender, LOL, I'm guessing (ie. hoping) natty is a good thing?

I thought I'd try and make it a bit easier for others to see what I mean regarding how quick and easy it is (well, we think anyway) to send messages from HubSpot with the Add-on we built by making a little video about it. The video is 8 mins but it probably could have been done in less that 5 if I hadn't talked so much!

We tried many solutions to this and we found a workaround by having:

- Front sending and receiving messages

- Twilio doing the heavy lifting

- Zapier automating it all

Hope this helps until HubSpot decides to build something out-of-the-box
