What are your thoughts on HubSpot?

I've done a demo with Hubspot, had a call with a sales person and read their website, but I still don't understand what exactly it does. It almost seems like they're being purposefully vague, and I'm just trying to get a handle on how I could use it. Does anyone out there use HubSpot? Can you give me a nuts and bolts breakdown on what it actually does? Do you like it? Does it work? Thanks.

Could you specify what triggered the conversation with a HubSpot sales rep? Are you trying to solve a specific challenge?

Generally: Yes, many customers like and some love HubSpot. It works in the sense that it's a set of tools which help integrate, automate, streamline processes in marketing, sales, customer service. It doesn't do those things on its own however. Like any other tool, you need to know how to use it.
