Desperately need help! Data Mapping Full Customization

This is so desperately needed. No other company 3rd party connector has this feature and we have done a lot of research and tried with Unific and WeMakeWebBetter. We have 2 sites WooCommerce is where our B2B Customers live for wholesale and BigCommerce is where our DTC Customers live. We are in the process of cleaning up our HubSpot account, it's just a mess to keep it simple. We are moving to Shopify for DTC and will be using the Shopify-> Hubspot native connector for Data Mapping but what we have always lacked is full customization of where we can map our data and the ability to choose any property we want that we have created in HubSpot. We are always constrained to the properties the integrations have created.

We need to be able to fully customize the mappings between Shopify and HubSpot. When we make new Metafields in Shopify they need to be viewable during the mappings in HubSpot so we have total control of where we want data to flow in HubSpot and have the ability to select any property. Full customization would solve all our issues.

As far as our other website on WooCommerce we haven't found an integration that allows us to have full customization either. We currently use Unfic and we looked into WeMakeWebBetter but untimely they could not do what we are looking for. We plan to move this website to Shopify later in the year.

If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears!
