Sync only specific data to an external integration?

Hi all!

My company acquired an organization that uses a different CRM than our current system (we use Pipedrive; they use Monday.com). I need to sync data based on the system being used (i.e., send Hubspot data for the acquired company to Monday, but not legacy data that belongs in Pipedrive).

Currently, I have a custom field set up to distinguish between the two companies, but no clue how to set up a sync that keeps the data sync clean. Any suggestions?

(Yes, I know the easiest answer would be to consolidate all of the data into a single CRM, but that isn't going to happen. Their audience and sales process are entirely different from our existing process.)

@WBeasley I think your best bet is to do this through the API and set up exclusion and inclusion rules around the custom data point that you've created to push the data.

The standard integration available in the app marketplace won't have this level of granularity available off the shelf.
