We have built an integration to help integrate Webex in a way to allow for the creation of unique login ID's for each person who registers. Curious to see if this group has this challenge.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Webex.

Until now we are using Zoom, GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting and Samba Live

We have built our own since some of the data we wanted to not pass as well as create unique logins when we send out individual emails.

How are you using Webex? Just in meeting links for videoconferencing or for webinars and trainings also? I am looking for options to sync with them besides the zapier route.

Did you advance with that? I have a client request to integrate Webex Teams directly into the CMS Hub, instead of downloading the stand-alone client. Automate the registration of users from Hubspot CMS to Webex. Use SSO for both. Basically replacing Zoom Meetings with Webex teams with similar automation of participants registration.

If you use a SSO for WebEx, Zapier does not work at this time. I've been back and forth with their support about this.

My company runs our webinars thru WebEx and there's no easy way to sync participant lists between the two softwares. We want to take the manual work out of getting data to and from WebEx into HubSpot.
