Salesforce Import Question

Quick question, if I do Import > Integrations > and then import Salesforce leads and contacts, will they be brought over as marketing contacts?

When I'm importing from a file it gives me the option to set them as marketing or non-marketing contacts, but I don't see that option with importing through integration.

Hi @NBraden

You can set the marketing contacts status of contact created by integrations by following the instructions here: Manage marketing contacts settings for your integrations

I havent had the chance to test this myself for you, so please do a test import first, but I would expect this to apply to contact imported via the integration. Therefore you may need to turn this on when doing an import and off again if you do not want this to apply to other contacts created by the sync.
