Pushing a Copy of HubSpot Emails into Zoho CRM

Hello!

We have the HubSpot/Zoho integration set up, and our lead and contact data is syncing between either platform. Is there a way to get a copy of our HubSpot emails into Zoho and affiliated with the proper Lead and Contact record? We are trying to move the majority of our email sends into HubSpot but want to continue using Zoho for our CRM needs. Thank you for your help!

Hi @AprilDMiller ,

So i believe only certain properties map with the Zoho HUbSpot data sync integration - see documentation here and HubSpot email engagements on the contact record are not included

If you want to obtain the hubspot emails, you need to use the engagements API to export those and then you need to manually import them into Zoho.

Yes, it unfortunately is only mapping properties, which is definitely helpful but we need a copy of the emails in there as well.

Quick question April.

Are you looking to sync over the actual email content itself or are you mainly interested in seeing who received, opened and clicked the campaign?

In case you are interested to see the actual email content itself, would it be enough to have a link back to Hubspot?

For context, we're building a syncing platform called Outfunnel that syncs engagement and contact data between CRMs and marketing tools. We don't yet connect with Zoho but it's one of the CRMs we have on our roadmap for next year so this use case might be something we'll also solve soon.

Hi Markus!

We want to sync a copy of the actual email, there is already a function in place that is syncing contact data. We are trying to avoid the team using a separate platform to view what emails were sent when all of their sales records and so on are hosted in Zoho.

Hi, we have a new feature that lets you see Marketing email activity within Zoho CRM through an iFrame. The HubSpot Embed lets you see a quick snapshot of HubSpot and allows you to enroll in HubSpot automation directly from within Zoho CRM.

It won't show a full copy of the email, but it does give a high level view from directly inside of Zoho CRM!
