Is there a way to send out mass texts?

Our team uses Salesmsg for sending texts, and we used to have a way to send mass texts in our old CRM. Is there a way to do that in Hubspot?

@katiebroyles you can do this by setting up a workflow that enrolls everyone where "first name" is known as an example. And then select the Action as Salesmsg and enter the text message you want to send. This way you can also use personalisation tokens in the message.

@darynsmith is Salesmsg able to send SMS text message to prospects outside USA. We are based in the UK and need to send SMS messages using HubSpot workflows. Is Salesmsg able to do that? Also, if we don't have first name, will it send (if we use hi there)?

@Slavica_JD you can send messages in bulk via a workflow using Salesmsg, the from number would be US based but you can send to any other number. And then yes, using the "default" value, you can replce "name" with "there".
