Business email validation when containing an underscore: ISSUE

On our integrated form, users whom have a business email that contains an underscore cannot validate their email to submit a trial request.
Ex: scott_lysz@shortpoint.com
This is an issue for many potential customers. How can we correct this issue to allow business email addresses that have an underscore?

Hey @ScottDLysz when you say "integrated form" do you mean you're using a third party form builder that is integrated with HubSpot? Or are you using HubSpot forms with the form embed code?

If it's a third party form, HubSpot doesn't add any validation to these forms, so if the form is rejecting underscores, it would actually be the third party form rejecting these and not HubSpot, I'd advise reaching out to your developer or the developer of this form to find out if thats a specific settings or an issue with that form.

If it's a HubSpot form with the HubSpot form embed code, it's possible some custom scripts on your page may be causing this conflict, by default HubSpot forms don't reject underscores, if you'd like to send on an example of a page with this I'd be happy to take a look!
