Create a section of form properties

Hey All, I need to make a form that has two sections that can be independently styled. Ideally I'd just like to group the fields into two fieldsets, and I can't just make two forms as all the properties need to be in the single form. Is there a form property container I haven't found, or some way to help segregate the two groups of properties?

I appreciate your help in generating some leads! Hope someone has some solution or workaround! Seems weird this isn't a default functionality. If there's a reason anyone knows about I'd appreciate learning, but if it just hasn't been suggested yet I'll probably put a feature request in.
