Firewall blocking embed

Hi,

I could sure use some help here, so thank you in advance for any assistance.

Everything was working fine, until the malware hack. So we fixed it and installed a firewall.

Now, all our embedded forms will not render.

I suspect it is just the firewall blocking the embed, but I have no idea how to allowlist the servers.

And in our firewall I can add url or ip to allowlist, but either I'm not doing it correctly or have the wrong inputs.

Alright, I'm officially lost. I disabled the firewal and it still didn't work.

@TitiCuisset There's an error being thrown of "hbspt is not defined" meaning the hsforms script is not being run. So I took a look in the source and it looks like that script is wrapped in a <code> block wrapped in another script causing it not to run. Couldn't say why this is happening but should give you a place to start in getting it fixed.

How did you find the error? I am not seeing it.

What is most frustrating with this is everything was working fine until two weeks ago. We put up the Sucuri firewall and now nothing works.

Their support is worthless.

I'm not sure where to go from here to fix this.

Thank you @TitiCuisset . I have an open ticket with them. Is there a special entry to technical support? I only went through the main gate and she was great but admited that she wasn't very technical.
