Just wondering if you could help/guide me?

I need to add myself to receive the leads when they come in through hubspot so I can then allocate them against an account manager – are you able to tell me how to add my email on to receive the leads that come in?

Hi @NDemetri,

That depends on how exactly leads come in (import, integration, form submissions) and which HubSpot subscription you're using – can you share more context?

We receive them through form submission, I am not sure what subscription we are on.

When the submissions come in I will need them to be emailed across to me

Hi @NDemetri,

If you're not on a Professional subscription and don't have access to workflows, your best option is to add your email address to be notified in the settings/options tab of each form. (There isn't a general setting, you need to edit each form that way.)

If you do have access to workflows, let me know, then there's a better option.
