Hi @TMacFarlane,

You're correct, this can currently not be done; you're not missing any obvious features.

Depending on what you need this list for, two other properties might be helpful:

"Number of form submissions"

"Recent conversion has ever contained any of" (formatted as the name of the page the form was submitted on, followed by a colon, then the name of the submitted form)

Could you share more details why you need this list?

Usually, with these questions it's easier to accept that it can't be accomplished in this exact way and to look at it from another angle. For example, you might be able to use hidden fields in forms to pass on a value that allows you to check for combinations of those values. Or, if you have access to workflows, you could have a contact-based workflow count +1 within a number property whenever one form from a list of forms is submitted.

Hope this helps!

Hi! I'd like to develop an active list of all the people who filled out a number of specific forms—can it be done in HubSpot?

I have developed an active list of all the people who filled out at least one of these forms, but I cannot do the opposite: create a list of the people who filled out a combination of them. The logic is just too staggering (ppl who filled out FormA and FormB or who filled out FormA and FormC or who filled out FormB and FormC... you can see how it would get with 13 forms and growing.)

Can this be done? Is there a logic branch I am missing in the Active Lists? Thanks for your kind consideration.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback—what I am looking for exactly:

An active list of all the people who submitted at least 1/3 of the forms belonging to a specific campaign.

My director wants me to create an automated workflow for a marketing email offering a subscription plan to the people who have filled out a number of these forms. I haven't been able to find a path to create this list in HubSpot.

Been pulling my hair out for a while on this (good thing I've got enough to spare!) Are there any suggestions for building this list?

Hi @TMacFarlane,

The only option I can think of I already mentioned:

If you have access to workflows, you could have a contact-based workflow count +1 within a number property whenever one form from a list of forms is submitted.

This would not give you historical data however. I'd strongly recommend approaching this from another angle.

For example:

Are people who submitted one form from your list and any other form really that different from people who submitted two forms from the list?

Would it be possible to consolidate forms to decrease the number of forms and making creating a list of combinations more feasible?

The exact thing you want to achieve is unfortunately not possible.

Hope this helps!
