Hi guys,

I've created a quiz on tyepform. I'm trying to integrate it with HubSpot now. Some of the fields are easy to integrate. First name, last name, email etc

The quiz asks about what size of Hot Tub are you interested in. For this question there are 5 multiple choice options to choose your answer from.

So I've gone to create these fields in Hub Spot.

I've gone to settings > propety > create a new property. I've given the property the name Size of Hot Tub. And then I've selected the field type as Radio Select and put in the exact same options that are available in the Quiz.

When I go back to the Quiz and go try to sync up this question with available fields in HubSpot I can't find the new field that I've created.

What am I doing wrong? Is what I'm doing possible? Thank you all for any help. Much appreciated 🙏

Then I've clicked okay.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Can you please send over a screenshot of any errors you are seeing when you are attempting to map the properties? This will allow the Community to get a better idea of what is happening.

Have you tried reaching out to Typeform with this as well since this is a native integration they have developed? If the error is in the integration they would be the best ones to offer support for that. Also, "what type of {x} are you interested in" sounds like a sales question. Is there a reason you are opting to use Typeform for this an not Hubspot, or maybe I'm missing the point of the quiz?

Hey @Ben_M. Cheers for your reply. I got it sorted it in the end. I had to wait a few hours before Typeform could "find" the fields I had created to map the answers to. We use Typeform's quiz function but It's not really a quiz and more of a "Let us find the best product for you" service that we run on our website." So some of our questions will have a Sales feel to them. Do you mean we could use Hubspot's automated chat box? We could do that but this embedded quiz pops out at the click of a button and it includes videos, images, and a lot of colours. It's very engaging and eyecatching. We're setting up the automated chat box this week so let's see which one returns better leads. 😄

Thanks for your replay @JenWeiss . Got it sorted it in the end. Just had to wait a bit before Typecast could find the new fields to map to.
