&lt;P&gt;You're looking at the &lt;EM&gt;Became a subscriber date&lt;/EM&gt;, this is a property that relates to the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/use-lifecycle-stages" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Lifecycle stage&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/A&gt; of a contact: the date when a contact was updated to the &lt;EM&gt;Lifecycle stage&lt;/EM&gt; "Subscriber". This is very misleading, yes, as it sounds like it's the exact same thing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The actual subscriptions can be found in the left sidebar of a contact record. Find a contact and scroll down until you see this:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Suscription to marketing communication and forms</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just created a&amp;nbsp; simple form to add contacts to the CRM. The fields that i've add are: phone number, interests, firm and all the checkboxes for GDPR and marketing communication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I test the forms I realized that even having the checkboxes OK, the colum which shows that de contact has accept the suscription is empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's not the good place to check a user suscription?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know if i'm doing something wrong?&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="suscription date.PNG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/51564iDC05CC29C324D5E7/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="suscription date.PNG" alt="suscription date.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
