topic Form with lookup up based on zip code in Lead Capture Tools https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lead-Capture-Tools/Form-with-lookup-up-based-on-zip-code/m-p/501471#M6515 We sell into the High School market and have all schools in US already loaded as companies within HubSpot.  When a prospect completes form, we have issues with duplicates (Centennial HS vs Centennial High School).  We cannot use email since emails are often associated with the district and not the school. Ideally, we would like to start form process with zip code, then display all the schools within the zip code as a dropdown/picklist of related schools. Has anyone accomplished something similar or know of any 3rd party vendors?       Mon, 27 Sep 2021 21:43:23 GMT JamesDickinson 2021-09-27T21:43:23Z
