Queued question across the whole website

Hello,

we are using multiple different forms across our whole website.

Is it possible to use queued questions (progressive profiling) across our whole website and different forms?

Example:

Client visits page with "form 1" and leaves his data.

Client visits another page with "form 2". Here, we want to ask different question IF the person has already left data in form 1. Else, ask the same questions as form 1 in order to kick off the data creation.

Yes, this is a HubSpot Marketing Hub or CMS Hub Professional/Enterprise feature, it's called progressive fields. You can learn more creating these kinds of forms here: Use progressive fields in forms

Will this work for all forms on a website if there are different forms?

Hi @DG12,

If you're using multiple forms, you'd have to set up each of these distinct forms with progressive fields. But generally yes, HubSpot will follow whatever progressive rules you've set up for a form. If HubSpot finds that information has been provided by the contact before, it'll replace the form field with one that is not yet know.
