Hi @Sanukumar,

Could share more context as to why you would separately want to track the click?

If someone types an email address, the button click will always correspond to a form submission, unless there's a bug. Also, since the form submission button is not a separate CTA asset, it can't be tracked independently.

Best regards!

Hi,

1. If I use an independent CTA to a page then it can be trackable? If yes
then on the Hubspot page analyze. Can I find the names of clicked person?

2. If i use a module that has a CTA module then it can be trackable by CTA
on the page. Below is the CTA Module. How do i find this CTA metrics in hubspot?

Hi @Sanukumar,

CTA performance can be found under Menu > Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs.

Could you share some context as to why you want an additional CTA? In general, no, you would not necessarily be able to see who did not click the button if they have not filled out a form before. Each form submission equals a CTA click. Having only seen a CTA would equal a page view. By looking at the landing page performance, you will get both metrics. It's essentially the submission rate of the landing page.

Yes, you could create an additional CTA, however the click would not submit the form, since it's a separate asset. Your CTA would take the visitor to a different page.

Best regards!
