Schedule a Demo page and configure calendar scheduling

Hi Everyone,

I have created a Schedule a Demonstration page. It has the calenar and form on it. I'd like to have visitors click on a button to Schedule a Demo from the home page and have them complete the form fields and schedule a meeting with one of our sales team members. How do I integrate the sales team calendars to display what time they are available and then have the visitor select a time from these available times. It then automatically schedule a meeting on the sales rep calendar, save the form fields into the Sales CRM and notifies the visitor of the meeting invite?

Any help with this is appreciated. New to Hubspot.

Hi @kevingrayforma,

You would create a team meetings link (round robin availability) for this. There is a step by step instruction here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-a-team-meetings-link

Keep in mind that sales reps must have an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub seat and have a connected calendar before they can be added to a round robin availability meetings link.

Meeting forms submitted by website visitors will automatically save into the HubSpot CRM.

When I naviage to Settings, and Sales - there is no 'Meetings' option to connect a calendar. This is the first step in the documents and I've hit a road block already. Do I not have the right permissions?

Hi @kevingrayforma,

I don't think permissions affect meetings settings but you could double-check with your super admin whether you have access to the Sales Hub features.

If you do and you still can't access these settings (Settings > Sales > Meetings > Tab Calendar Integration), I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot technical support through the purple in-app help widget at the lower right of the screen.
