Pre Populate form field in multiple forms

Hi guys,

I have created 2 forms for my site. 1st form is a single field email capture. 2nd one has more fields, including the email. I would like to auto populate the 2nd form with the email address for a better user experience. After the first form is submitted, it redirects to another page where the 2nd form lives.

Any help would be much appreciated!
