How to check for last modification on form

One of my forms has been changed to something wonky. Is there a way to check to see activity (ie who made the last modification to a form)?

Hi @rogerlu,

From the HubSpot dashboard you can only see when the form was last modified. If you contact HubSpot support, they can likely get you more details as to which user modified the form.

Still it would be much more customer centric to have the user displayed that made the last modification as for instance with the LP or blog feature.

It would be very helpful if the modified information next to the form title on the form list contained both the user who modified as well as the time stamp (not just date).

Would be nice to have access to a change history, much like for workflows...
