Case Study Download - Lead generation

I am a marketing novice

1. I have page dedicated to one of our consulting offerings. I am looking have downloadable case studies as part of the page. ( On wordpress)

Ideally we would like potential customers to put in their details ( Name , surname , Email address) before being able to download the case studies . How does one go abouts doing this?
2. I have installed the HubSpot All-In-One Marketing plugin but dont see any place to configure forms as i dont get a list menu under hubspot WP.

Hi @Chettc - To do what you are asking, assuming you are using the native Hubspot code from the Form Builder in your account, simply add a link to the downloadable PDF in your thank you message. This is configured under the options of the form.

If you are using a Wordpress plugin, you will need to refer to the documentation for that plugin with regards to connecting it to a form processor (Hubspot) and how to customize the thank you message to include the link to download your PDF. If you provide details on the plugin, some here may be able to help, but you will need to share further details.

@Chettc - That plugin for Wordpress does nothing more than add tracking code to your site and provides a link to your account. Unfortunately the description they put on wordpress.org ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/leadin/ ) does not really match what they have in their own KB article ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/integrations/install-the-hubspot-wordpress-plugin ) which does a better job of explaining this.

To add the form to your page, navigate to your Hubspot account and click on Marketing --> Lead Capture --> Forms. From there create your form. At the end of the process you will see a Share Your Form code. There is an option to embded (preferred) or share link. Assuming you use the Embed Code, just paste that onto your wordpress page in the source view and then your page will show up.

For the Thank You download you have 2 options found in the Form Options. 1. Display a thank you message and include your link there. Or 2. Redirect to another page that you have on your site with the download button. Either way will work. Hope this helps.
