Is there any way when creating a form to direct the submission to the Contact Owner as opposed to a set email address?

Can a personalization token be used?

In your Form Options you can set the "Follow up Options" to "Send submission email notifications to the contact's owner".

To find this go to:

Marketing (top menu) > Lead Capture > Forms

Choose the form you want to edit. In the second Options Tab (top middle) check "Send submission email notifications to the contact's owner".
