>>"We have a limited number of spots for each time. I see in the contact property's Property Settings I can uncheck the box that says, "Show in Forms". My specific question is this; will unchecking that box delete that property for any contacts who have filled out the form or does it just remove the option from the form?"

Unchecking the 'Show in Forms' checkbox has no effect on data already recorded in the CRM, and only impacts the visibility of the targeted property on forms, in Pop-Ups, and in bots.

Note: Browser caching may also impact visibility, so toggling 'Show in Forms' back-n-forth as an adhoc method of managing visibility is not a best practice.

Hello,

I tried searching the boards but couldn't find an answer. We are registering contacts for coaching slots at our conference and they can choose different time slots based on their schedule.

The selection box looks like this:

Reserve your spot:

2:05 - 2:30 p.m.

2:45 - 3:10 p.m.

3:20 - 3:25 p.m.

We have a limited number of spots for each time. I see in the contact property's Property Settings I can uncheck the box that says, "Show in Forms". My specific question is this; will unchecking that box delete that property for any contacts who have filled out the form or does it just remove the option from the form?

We don't want to uncheck the box to remove the option from the form and then not have a list of contacts who signed up for that time. Thank you!
