Hi Hubspot,

How do l create a template for notes and activity log entries?

In our scenario we will have standard questions so that we need to log answers for, so l would like to create a dropdown for to propagate that information so staff can easily enter ansers without too much data entry

There isn't a template perse for the notes and activity logs on the contact record, but I think you could very well use a snippit for this purpose:

Nearly every company has a template to prepare for calls and take notes on those calls. It seems like low-hanging fruit for there to be a way to log a call or meeting with a template.
