We’ve been trying to get better enrichment flowing into hubspot but honestly it’s been rough. breeze (clearbit rebrand) feels way too limited and the data hasn’t been great. apollo was cheap but we kept running into missing info. zoominfo is just insanely expensive and still gives us outdated stuff. starting to wonder if there’s actually a tool out there that doesn’t overpromise.

yeah we hit the same wall. breeze was nice in theory since it’s hubspot native, but in reality it boxed us in and coverage wasn’t strong. apollo was fine early on but once we scaled it just wasn’t reliable enough. zoominfo gave us volume but the contract + stale data made our reps stop trusting it.

the only thing that’s actually worked for us so far is fullenrich. They do this “waterfall” thing where they check a bunch of different sources until they find a verified match. we finally started seeing cleaner contacts in hubspot (emails, phones, linkedin) and bounce rates dropped a lot. also no crazy contract — just $29/mo and credits roll over. Felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the others.

still curious if anyone else has found something better. feels like every vendor promises the moon but only a few actually deliver.

I definitely feel this. When evaluating enrichment, there are a few things more important than brand names:
1) Timeliness and source transparency (data update frequency, publicly available sources, and opaque suppliers)
2) Quality controls (clear trust scores, low bounce/complaint rates)
3) Coverage for your ICP/geographic location (don't pay for data you won't use)
4) Workflow compatibility (simple in-app usage + a clean API, so operations don't have to babysit)
5) Usage-based pricing (no massive contracts during testing).

We adhere to publicly available data (OSINT + AI) and focus on clean, matched contacts. You can use this in-app or via the API. If you'd like, I can run a free 100-record pilot on your sample within 24 hours so you can evaluate the accuracy. You'll get 100 free credits when you sign up at Linkepy.com. - Linkepy, Co-Founder

This resonates. The “waterfall” idea helps—what’s worked for us is public-data–first (OSINT + AI) with matching that doesn’t stuff fields just to hit coverage.

I’m a co-founder at Linkepy. We keep it simple: API or in-app, fresh sources, and transparent matching. Happy to run a free 100-record pilot in 24h so you can judge accuracy.

On pricing (FWIW): our current plan is $30 for 2,000 credits—from your note that’s roughly ~4× the credits at the same price. Plus 100 free credits on signup.

Which industry and which regions are you enriching for?
