Pop-up Form and Automation

Hello HubSpot Community,

I’m facing an issue that should be simple but I’m stuck.

I want to add a pop-up form to my website, and once someone submits it, they should receive a 3-email sequence via workflow.

Here’s what I tried:

In the Forms section, I couldn’t find an option to create a true pop-up form. When I created one, it only appeared as an embedded form on the page.
To work around this, I built a pop-up using a CTA, which works visually, but now I can’t connect it to a workflow to send the 3 emails.

Question:
How can I trigger a workflow (with 3 email sends) using a pop-up form? Do I need to set it up differently?

Hi @BGupta71,

When you create a CTA as a pop-up form, e.g. by creating a CTA and choosing Lead Capture in the left sidebar...

... HubSpot forces you to choose an existing form:

This form would be used for enrollment in your workflow.

Hi @BGupta71

Like @karstenkoehler say d the workflow enrolment criteria isn't anything to do with CTAs but with form submissions - change that to your form and you are good.
