Progressive Forms and Users Can't Move Past First Page

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue with a progressive form where users can't go past the first page? We think it's an isolated issues cause we're getting a decent number of leads but have had a handful of complaints where people say they can't click to the next step. Probably a browser or network issue for the user?

If you have had this happen what kind of backup have you provided? We were thinking of adding a link to a separate page saying “if this page does not work, enter here”.

Could you please share more details about the exact configuration, progressive fields, required fields, steps in your form? That would be information required to troubleshoot this without being able to access your portal.

Having a backup link to a full single-page form makes sense, as it ensures users don’t get stuck and abandon the process. Adding a small note like “If you’re having trouble, try refreshing or switching browsers” can also help.
