All our legacy popup forms have stopped working

We have multiple legacy popup forms across multiple client sites.

The message distributed by HubSpot was that the form builder would be deprecated but the forms would keep working.

Actually, they've stopped working. All forms across all sites.

All Wordpress sites, tested in mutiple browsers. All other functions of HubSpot including tracking, non-HubSpot forms and in-page forms still working correctly.

Help!

This is unfortunately expected behaviour and was previously communicated, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/edit-and-manage-pop-up-forms-legacy

Please note: the pop-up forms tool has been sunset. Users with live pop-up forms will need to use the CTAs tool to recreate any sticky banner, pop-up box, or slide-in CTAs.

From July 17, 2023, all Starter, Professional, and Enterprise users can no longer create or clone pop-up forms.
From June 4, 2025, users can no longer create, edit, or clone pop-up forms. Pop-up form submissions will still be collected and users can still unpublish pop-up forms. New accounts will nothave access to the pop-up forms tool.
From Aug. 15, 2025, live pop-up forms will be automatically unpublished. The pop-up forms will not display on your website and will no longer collect new submissions. All previously collected data will remain available.

I don't think there is any way to reinstate your pop ups unfortunately: you would have to use the CTA tool and recreate them.

Hi, we are a new customer. How do I make pop-up forms now? We were using Klaviyo and are half-way through moving to HubSpot, but I don't know how to replicate the pop-up sign up form that I had going via Klaviyo. Has this feature just been removed altogether?
