Booking a Service - Online Store

Hi all,

We're wanting to create a small ecommerce like page, an online store, to put on our website where the customer/user can select their service, preferred date for a service team to come out, and process payment.

What I'm seeking is the information on how to set up the booking function on the form. Currently unsure where to find this function, or what it's even called in HS, and how to implement it onto a form.

We have other requirements like generating Tickets based on submission though the core one following on from this would be how to have that submitted date be 1) no longer available to other customers/users when they come to the online store, 2) how to have that submitted date syncronise with a staff members calender and 3) how to have any pre-exisitng booking on that saff members calender be reflective [aka unavailable] in the available dates a user could choose from, from the online store form.

Will likely have more questions beyond this post but this is where we are starting, thank you all for your help 🙂

If you have, we'd be incredibly grateful if you could share the steps you took! Your insights would be immensely valuable for other users in the community who might face a similar challenge.
