Formatting Field Labels in a Form

Hey HS community!

I wanted to ask about an issue I'm having. I tried calling support, but they could not figure out what/where the issue was, so I thought I'd try asking here.

I have a form that I created a week or two ago, and then two days ago, I was able to "bold" format the field LABELS (not the answers in the fields themselves). Please see attached image. City, State/Region etc were all bold.

However, when I went back to add another field yesterday and wanted to format that respective label to "Bold", that entire formatting tool section had disappeared.

To clarify, this is not a Rich Text Format field but rather Bold, Italic, etc. under the "Label" on the left side of the screen in the "Edit Field" section.

So, basically, I had those options to format two days ago, and then yesterday/today, they are all gone.

Likewise, I cannot "unbold" those field labels anymore to match with the new unformatted fields that I just added so now I have to recreate this form again and redo my workflows etc. Definitely frustrating.

Anyone know how to help with this or know what happened? It's like it got turned off all of the sudden and that formal tool disappeared. Thanks so much!

Thank you for your response. I read through those articles before but none of the content addressed the formatting option for the "label" itself in a form. If you are curious, this is the first form I was working on - which as you can see has "BOLDED" labels.

However, when I wanted to add a "Message" field at the bottom, I could no longer find that formatting option for the labels so hence, the "Message" label is not bold. This also does NOT allow me to change the rest of the labels back to "unbold" to match this. So in essence, I had to recreate this form from scratch again without any bolding anywhere since it's not

an option to bold anymore.

I called support for assistance but even they were stumped and ask that I share it here to get any of your thoughts on this. Thank you.
