Forms with Score at End?

Hi all,

Depending on the answer to this question, this post might belong on the idea board.

Is there a way to present a user with a score after filling out a HubSpot form? Also can questions pop up one at a time? Wondering if there can be a workflow that sends an automatic email to customers after they fill out the form with their readiness score? Curious if this functionality is available.

Can questions pop up one at a time? HubSpot's New Form Editor support multi-step forms.

Is there a way to present a user with a score after filling out a HubSpot form? Could you include the score as the last question on the form? (Seems like multi-step would solve this!)

@ScottPennwood Thank you for this explanation. I did not know that HubSpot came out iwth a new form editor. Just to clarify, in terms of a score, I was thinking of the form in terms of a survey where questions are linked to a number and they recieve a score based on the answers of their questions. Is this what you are describing?

Nice explanation! Looking for the same solution as well. I've got 10 questions in a form (radiobuttons yes/no). How do you transform these questions to a counted readyness score?

Hey @JSlaats,

Easiest way to do this is create a new Contact Property called "Readyness Score" which is a score field.

Then set the criteria on what you would want to increase the score. Eg:

- If Yes = +1
- If No = Nothing
- If 5* = +2
- If 3-4* = +1
- If 2* = -1
- If 1* = -10

I've not got any of your fields set up, but here's a screenshot of what you're looking for!

As far as I can see this is a beta. It isn't showing in Marketing->Forms for me yet. Though, we have an enterprise plan. Do you have any idea when this will be rolled out for everyone?
